SORUM
Some years ago I wrote 'The Gift' - a play with songs and music for young adult performers. Several years later I decided to rename and rework it and delivered a second successful staging. 'SORUM' is a fantasy featuring fairies ... and if you think you know what fairies are about you probably need to think again. Behind the charm of an idyllic lifestyle lies something unpredictable and malevolent ready to claw its way to the surface. 'SORUM' sweeps between light and lyrical to disturbing ... dramatic ... political.
I am currently re-working 'SORUM' into a full-length musical, re-writing the libretto and developing the score.
